Smelly and decaying corpse of an unknown man found in Sitio Bayabas, Barangay West Poblacion this city, Sunday morning.
According to Normelinda Garcia, with his wife to gathering firewood in the area when they inhale the odor until they discovered the decomposing body of a man, they immediately reported to the police.
In PO2 Marilou Liban, at 11:50 am the body was discovered bound and wrapped with packaging tape wrapped around the face, aged 35-40, wearing a silver ring on the left hand, and wearing green shorts and gray underwear.
Also tied to the waist of a victim cardboard labeled "Drug pusher me", and it has a bullet wound in the head.
