There were no threats monitored in the upcoming State of the Nation Address (SONA) of President Rodrigo Duterte to be held on Monday, July 25.
This is assured Col. Vic Thomas, acting commander of the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) Joint Task Force National Capital Region (NCR).
"But we continue to be very vigilant and the hardening of areas which we consider soft will continue," said Thomas.
Continually reviewing the security plans for the SONA, which said they will follow the wishes of President simplify and normal.
"The forces that will be deployed, the complete numbers, will be on July 20. We already requested for coordination with the House of Representatives and the Presidential Security Group (PSG) regarding that," said Thomas.
