One inmate, who allegedly only new entrants to the job, was found dead in his room in the house of her employer marine welding training center in Pandacan, Manila yesterday.

Police identified the victim as Elvira Ferrer, 56, was staying in Room 1 of McGregor Maritime welding training center in 1702 Quirino Avenue, Pandacan, Manila.

In a report by Det. Joseph Kabigting, of the Manila Police District (MPD) -Crimes Against Persons Investigation Section (Capis), showed that around 12:30 pm Monday to discover the corpse of the victim.

Realize that Ferrer was last seen at 8:00 pm on August 5 when it went to work in his room.

The next day the trainees were wondering why the victim to cook breakfast.

At 12:30 pm she was surprised that the trainees because they still had not found out the room the victim.

Decided to said Ramon Mariano Jr., welders, and Hermie Serran, seafarer, rap in his room the victim to ascertain the condition of it, but failed to respond.

Informed they said the owner of the house and immediately decided to forcibly opened the door of the room's Ferrer.

Here to expose the victim's body and immediately reported to the police.

Suspicion of the police possibly died of a heart attack victim because it has no signs of deliberate crime.
