Senator stood Leila De Lima absurd evidence held by President Rodrigo Duterte against him and said he indeed ready to resign as Senator and be shot in front of the President if it is true.
"I am willing to resign and be shot in front of the President, I stand by my innocence. I can face them anytime, "said De Lima at a media briefing yesterday.
De Lima urged President Duterte examine the evidence and holding study and maybe he allegedly circumvented only by someone.
"You know dear President, if you insist that I was drug protector, humiliated you, whether you have evidence of that, I say to you ... fake, bogus ones. I'm telling you, I would not be ashamed that you did. Please check thoroughly if you are a holder of evidence, "said De Lima.
De Lima admitted that his former driver / bodyguard Ronnie Dayan, was in private practice until he became Secretary of the Department of Justice (DoJ) which resigned in 2015 it seemed.
It also refused to answer whether he had another relationship with Dayan, because he does not seem to wander the real issue.
