President Rodrigo Roa Duterte promise that free education to the children of soldiers with the approval of the P30 billion fund for the modernization of the Armed Forces of the Philippines Medical Center (AFPMC) or better known as V. Luna Medical Center in Quezon City.
"It's just the government can do to counter and recognize the sacrifice of the soldiers guarding the security of the citizens," Duterte said after visiting the hospital for soldiers
